Louisiana Fried Chicken to open at El Cerrito Plaza

Mary Montgomery | Dec 15, 200507:47 PM     8

I've just noticed that a Louisiana Fried Chicken will be opening soon at the Plaza where TOGOS used to be. The menu board is installed inside, and through the window I could read the following offerings: fried chicken, fried fish, sides of yams, greens, dirty rice, rolls, corn bread, and for desert they offer 7-up cake. I'm sorry not to see biscuits.

I don't recall a lot of enthusiasm on the board by folks who tried the Oakland branch soon after it opened -- is there more/better opinion now that it has been open a while? Offer me some hope here.
