Louie's California Chinese Cuisine

Scot Seaton | Oct 26, 200209:02 PM

My sister and I dropped in after reading about Louie's on the internet. We were returning from a trip to the vineyards in Sonoma and my sister offered to buy me dinner at a "real" Chinese restuarant. I wanted to find a place where I could get Dim Sum like I had in Hong Kong, and I found it at Louie's! We didn't realize that Dim Sum wasn't on the dinner menu; when we asked about it, Assistant Manager Harry Leung didn't even mention that they don't normally serve them at dinner. Instead, he offered to have a selection of Dim Sum made up for us. His choices were excellent. We also ordered the Tangerine Chicken and the Noodles with Beef and Sundried Tomatoes, which were both delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere appropriate. Prices were fair considering the amount and quality of food we received. I would recommend Louie's California Chinese Cuisine to anyone looking for a great meal at a modest price, and specifically for mouth-watering Dim Sum! Thanks Louie's!
