So, I still can't get used to this new CH format and dislike it every time I come to CH. I can't find anything on my local board or home cooking. I say this as a disclaimer because surely there are some old posts addressing the query of: I have way too much milk in the refrigerator; what recipes can I make that will help me use it before it needs to be poured down the drain.
One of the bottles contains some minimally pasteurized whole milk we bought this past weekend at a local family farm. I'd especially like to do something tasty with that!
