I have a problem. I have a slightly lopsided stove. I suppose I have a slightly lopsided apartment, but the only place where I notice it is my stove.
When I sautee or braise on the stovetop the liquid pools to one side of the pan. (It annoys me every time!) I don't use my oven that much, but when I do--like for cakes and brownies--things come out more or less even.
So, my problem isn't that great, just a consistent annoyance. Has anyone else had a similar type of problem?
FYI: Its a four burner gas stove/oven.
