No longer a Silverstein's virgin...

Needed slider buns and took the advice of a few comments on this board and went to Silverstein's. Was a little skeptical at first that a commercial bakery would do a custom order of 3 dozen - and not forget about it on day of pick-up.

After wandering through the factory I picked up my order of 12 each of plain, sesame and onion. Everything fresh and sliced, as promised. I think it's just amazing that in this day of economies of scale and manufacturing efficiency we have a place that still aims to please the customer.

Now, I have to stop eating these things and save them for tonight...!

BTW - if you do go, bring cash, as they don't take anything else and there are no bank machines in the area!.
