How long to cook cheesecake with Splenda?

My first time to make a cheesecake.

I am using the Splenda New York style recipe. It calls for 2.5 pounds of cream cheese, 5 eggs, 2 yolks, 1/4 cup cream, 1 2/3 cup Splenda, vanilla, no sugar.

I made a crust of pecans, flour, and butter, and prebaked it.

The instructions are for a ten-inch pan. Says 10 minutes at 475 degrees, one hour at 200 degrees, then turn off heat and leave in oven for one more hour.

My pan is nine-inch instead of ten. How should I adjust the cooking time?

Also, after the ten minutes at 475, about two-thirds of the surface has very dark brown spots. What caused that?
