Maybe mine is made different, but everything I use is stuff that I usually keep unrefrigerated on the shelf. I usually mix up some sauce (mostly soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, vinegar, peanut butter, other oils I can't seem to remember) and leave it in the fridge for months. Then when I want a batch of noodles, I just boil, then add some sauce. I usually eat it pretty fast, but I have some that has been in the fridge a week. I read a post from a while back that cold sesame noodles go bad pretty fast. Is that true?
