Lone Tree/Park Meadows/Centennial recommendations?

matchswain | Apr 5, 201203:22 PM     1

All,

Though I've not seen many recommendations for the Lone Tree/Park Meadows/Centennial area (are there any to make?), I thought I'd reach out and see what people have enjoyed there (if anything). La Sandia is on the list to visit and we've enjoyed John Holly's (enough to return a few times), but we're looking for more. We've been to a few other restaurants in the area but none worth repeating here. My wife and I live a block from light rail, ride our bikes everywhere the train doesn't go and are living car-free for another few months, so I'm looking for proximity. Obviously we can ride downtown and go to any number of delicious restaurants, but I'm interested in some ideas closer to home (Lone Tree).

Also, where are the best happy hours? Fleming's $6 burger was impressive for the price, and $3 beer at Rock Bottom was a welcome deal though I didn't think much of the food.

Thanks for your input.
