Lombardi's - avoiding a soggy crust

I'm sure other posters have offered this advice about Lombardi's before. Just in case, here it is again: If you want to avoid the soggy-in-the-center syndrome that afflicts Lombardi's pizza, order your pie "well-done." I did so for one of the pies my group ate there this weekend and found that only that pie's crust was crisp everywhere.
