So I contemplated keeping this to myself ... ;)
... but Nick at Coolidge Variety just got in a side of Halal, grass-fed beef from a farm in Athol, MA. I, for one, am psyched because it's so hard to find local meat that's not frozen and cryovaced.
I'm attaching a picture of some beef ribs I bought. They're going on the Big Green Egg as soon as we get a nice day. I also picked up some brisket, sirloin tips, a t-bone, and a shank ... aw heck, as much as my fridge and budget could fit.
Anyway, just a tip for the local-meativores out there. I haven't seen anything else like this around here.
