Things to do with Liverwurst

Was at the farmers market last weekend and on a whim picked up some liverwurst. Made great apps, smeared some on crusty bread, added some nice grainy mustard, some good bleu cheese on the side... and now I'm at a loss for what to do with the rest before it goes bad.

Are there any recipes that I can incorporate it into or am I stuck over-eating until it's gone?
