"The Literature of Gastronomy" and Italian recipes

Follow the link below to an interesting article in the June 4 Princeton Alumni Weekly about an Italian literature course called "The Literature of Gastronomy" taught by Professor Pietro Frassica. The article includes literature-inspired recipes for cappelletti in brodo, castagnaccio, and saltimbocca.

(On a less sunny subject, the same website is also currently featuring a brief interview with Eric Schlosser, who wrote "Fast Food Nation.")
