Leon Salad, La Scala Beverly Hills

Ginger Wolf | Aug 27, 200607:39 PM     4

I don't remember who was asking for this recipe, but I copied it many years ago from the LA Times SOS column.
Leon Salad from La Scala's Beverly Hills
2 Heads of lettuce, finely chopped....Romaine and Iceberg
1/4 Pound Salami julienne
1/4 pound Mozzarella shredded
1 15oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
Dressing:
1/4 cup oil
2 Tablespoons Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt and fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Toss all together.... Serves 6
Obviously a hangover from the 60's.
