on sunday, i made lentil soup using red lentils. i have read that they have a tendency to go "mushy", but i carried on. Today, Tuesday, I have been eating some and the lentils taste very mealy and grainy. Am I experiencing the red lentil mushiness I have read about?
Can anything be done to save this soup (pureeing, perhaps)--i made enough to last for a few lunches, I would hate to have to chuck it!
