Leftover risotto

What's the best way to enjoy this a second time? I made it Sunday night, it's risotto verde--very green, indeed. Is there a good way to reheat it without a microwave (i.e., putting it in a pan with a tiny bit of water), or should I make risotto cakes to transform it into another dish entirely? And what's the key to successful risotto cakes?
