Leftover mushroom and jarlsberg salad?? What to make?

I made a great fresh salad of sliced mushrooms, parsley, shredded jarlsbert, with meyer lemon viniagrette...so delicious when fresh. I have a lot leftover, which has basically turned into marinated mushrooms.

Any suggestions on what to do with it, other than add it to fresh salad?
