We grilled some wonderful, thick loin lamb chops the other night, and we've got three left over. They were about 4-ounces each before cooking -- nice size.
I have to say, I'm generally not big on leftovers. Reheated meat tends to overcook, and to me, most leftovers (not all, but most) just simply don't appeal to me. But these chops are too nice (and too expensive) to toss, so what should I do with them? Thanks!
