So I find myself with quite a lot of leftover ham in my freezer. It's a Smithfield smoked spiral ham that came with some sort of glaze that I threw out. I took almost all of the ham off the bone and divided it into three large zip lock bags and saved the bone. Now I have several holiday parties that I've been asked to bring dishes to and I'd love to use up some of this ham. I would love your idea for dips or anything else that comes to mind. TIA!
