Left over water from rehydrating dried chiles

I make harissa quite often and always throw out the water used for soaking. I saved it this time thinking I'd freeze it in little cubes to add to soups. Instead I just made a pot of spanish rice and used the chile water. It came out great.

Anyone have any other ideas about uses for it?
