Wandered on a whim whilst killing time before a New Year's Eve movie... My lady friend and I had some generic potstickers, sauteed spinach and a clay pot of tofu, roast pork and oysters. The potstickers, while not best-in-class, were really good. The wrappers were doughy, in a positive way - fresh tasting and chewy, if a bit thick - and the filling was nicely porky and flavorful. The spinach was not my first choice, but I was unsuccessful in my attempt to ask the waiter to reccomend some greens, and we both knew what spinach was, so that's what we got. It was also tasty, sauteed in sesame oil and garlic. The clay pot exceeded expectations. It was mostly tofu, and there were a handful of plump oysters and chunks of thick-sliced roast pork. Green onions and large pieces of ginger contributed positively to the experience.

I don't remember seeing this place mentioned here, but on the way out, I noted plenty of local press clippings. I would love to go back with (a) more people to widen the ordering and (b) somebody who speaks chinese to figure out what's written on the wall for specials. I saw some good-looking clams with black bean sauce on tables but not the menu - They will be sampled next time through.

There is an extensive dim sum menu, so I may come back for brunch. Prices were very reasonable.
