Leaving Ktown office: Some good lunch spots b4 I go?

Me | Aug 1, 2005 01:44 PM

We're packing up and moving to WeHo, where I expect to be a poquito mas junkie every day. But I want to take advantage of this neighborhood while I'm still around. I usually just get to-go food or bring in leftovers. Places I've already eaten: the pupusa spot at 6th and western, Tips, BCD, Safety Zone, noodle time, the sushi spot just west of Western on Wilshire on the northeast corner of the next block west, M Grill, You and Me restaurant, the soon tofu place next to that, polla braso (or whatever that chicken place is called next around the southeast corner of 8th and Western, the dumpling place up around Western and Bev, the live fish place around the same area, falafel corner, chosun galbee, guelaguetza, taylor's, cassell's. Wow, ok, that's more adventurous than I realized I'd been, but still I MORE!

Already doing Soot Bull Jeep Weds. Is there a good taco truck I'm missing out on? More Oaxacan? More good Korean bbq? I heard about a good fish-centric Korean place maybe near Vermont? And another Korean place around Olympic and Serrano. Thanks!
