I made some gazpacho and then I accidentally left it out for a couple of hours in a ~75F room. It's refrigerated now, but I thought I'd ask if there's any risk to this. On the one hand, there's no meat or dairy in it (and a fair amount of salt and acid) so I would think it's fine. On the other hand, everything is raw. Worst-case scenario seems to be that some of the raw vegetables have a little bacteria and those couple of hours were a nice window of opportunity for them.
