I received a secondhand Le Creuset skillet from a friend (she picked it up for me at a yard sale - nice friend, huh?!). Neither of us is sure whether it is cast iron - meaning I need to season the pan, or dark enameled cast iron. It looks very similar to this:
That description says enameled. I'm just not sure if mine is because the surface seems a touch rougher than my other LC products. However, I can't seem to find any evidence that LC makes straight up cast-iron (non-enameled) pans. Can anyone shed light on this? Thanks.
