I don't pretend that this is authentic; but it's easy and good..measurements are intentionally inexact to allow for taste...Just taste and what you want more flavor from..be careful when touching habanero..the oils can get into your fingers and really sting your eyes if you rub them.
habanero peppers,red onion, green onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, allspice, cilantro.....put in food processor and mix til paste.
Cut chicken into 1/8ths..Coat chicken, leaving some leftover paste and leave for 24 hours in the fridge.
Grill chicken ocer low/med fire til done..basting with sauce.
Serve with leftover sauce, peppers, cilantro as garnish.
Depending on your guest list, it makes sense to make a 1 pepper and 3 pepper version..habaneros are very hot and it only takes a few mins to blend.
