Las Vegas: Bouchon v. Pinot

Narrowed it down to these two for a Saturday night dinner for three. Wanted solid food that is memorable without the +$100 price tag. With wine we would like to cap our costs at $125-150.

There are many choices, of course, but we wanted to be on this side of the strip and go with French-ish cuisine.

Which would you pick? Why?
