Another late post to fill in the banquet menu picture . . . two weeks after this initial Chinese New Year dinner at Royal Feast, https://www.chowhound.com/post/goodby... , ten friends checked out a different menu to close out the celebrations.

In February 2017 when the restaurant was less than four months old, the precise execution of the Squirrel Fish demonstrated that Chef Liu was back on his game again.

$400 menu for party of 10 -
Six cold appetizers:
Signature pork feet jelly
Shaoxing wine drunken chicken
Five-spice beef shank slices
Eggplant salad
Shrimp roll and roe
Jellyfish and scallions

Ginseng and yellow crested chicken soup in individual tureens
Sea cucumber, cabbage hearts and pork shoulder
Tanjia-style abalone and fish maw
Shrimp two-ways: Tomato-roasted head-on prawns and Creamy crispy shrimp
Sichuan hot and spicy swimming Dungeness crab
Colorful stir-fry of healthful vegetables
Squirrel fish
Fresh fruit plate dessert
