After doing some on-line research on Langer's Pastrami it seems that they buy their Pastrami from a supplier in Burbank. Does anyone know the name of the meat company/supplier they use? I did come up with a few possible choices. J-R Provisions (who makes the chili for Tommy's) and Casey Meat Co. As I am presently located in Japan, actually calling these distributors is a bit of an expense and the time change messes everything up. Let me know if anyone has the answer.
