This is a great little French place (the name means "Love in the Oven" (thank you, Dixieday), in the spot formerly occupied by SF Pizza on Lombard @ Gough. Very much enjoyed a filet mignon wrapped in bacon with shrimp in a hearty wine sauce, after a beautifully done roasted artichoke stuffed with goat cheese. I also loved the endive au gratin side dish.
The restaurant is small, about 7 tables, so call for a reservation if you go (415 775-2134). They say that on Wednesdays they have a DJ from 11-2 and serve a couple of dishes -- the hostess mentioned quiche. "It's only for relaxing," she said, but I'm not sure what kinds of activities she was ruling out.
