Question: Who runs that great streetcart at 45th and 5th? That griddled marinated lamb sandwich on pita was really my favorite of the entire trip. The signage on his cart along with an article from Gourmet magazine said that the proprietor had cooked at the Russian Tea Room. Anyone have a little more info on this guy and that spectacular lamb?
