Lagostina Accademia Lagofusion? Tell me more!

Sid Post | Jun 22, 202008:03 PM     16

First, I'm in the USA so the local country distributor doesn't seem to stock this line and Amazon UK shipping is pretty expensive so, it may be a while before I get a chance to see one in person or buy one at a good enough price to qualify as "try me" piece.

My foreign website skills with this specific line are a bit lacking so, I think I'm probably missing the attraction I see for them from many people.

Are these just good quality pans that have a core of aluminum that runs up the sides of the pan for even heating or, is it something else? Also, it looks like this is a pretty restricted line of cookware. Are the sizes and pan options restricted to fit European cooktops, hence the reduced pan options I see on the web?

TIA,
Sid
