For the undisputed ethnic food capital of the US, I'm a little surprised that it's so difficult to find ANY Cambodian restaurants in the area. The only one that I've encountered so far, is Cambodian Cuisine in Brooklyn.
While living in Boston, I became enamoured with this cuisine (a combination of Thai and Vietnamese flavors)eating at the semi-upscale Elephant Walk restaurants. I assumed I'd be able to find something similar somewhere in NYC, if not Manhattan, but nothing has popped so far.
Am I missing something, or is this one of those few major cuisines that have not yet taken hold in the city?
