In a very close vote, CHILI is our Dish of the Month for January 2015.
Please sample, eat, post and even photograph as many iterations of CHILI as you can this month. Please tell us where you tasted it, and be sure to specify what kind it is -- e.g. beef or pork, chopped meat or ground, spicy or not, red or green, etc. While I consider chili with beans to not really qualify for the title, since so many include (and even like) them they certainly are included, but let us know if they are other legumes are in there. Chili-burgers, chili-dogs, chili-fries and the like are all eligible. Please mention serving size, price and value.
Let's start the new year strong and take the chill off with a lot of CHILI.
