krug pairing for a vegetarian UPDATE

thanks for all of the suggestions again. i ended up making fettucini with a cream sauce and porcini mushrooms. pretty tasty, and was nice with the champagne. probably not salty enough, but good. but the champagne was really good with the chocolate truffles, so that was the most important thing.

but the best part of all? her gift to me - a bottle of krug. ha! so now, after all of that, i still have another bottle to enjoy....
