Kosher without ANY symbols....

OK, so we all have discussed the reliability of certain hashgachas and what might or might not be kosher, but what about products that are kosher without any certification on the product itself? And I'm not talking about baggies or aluminum foil, etc., I mean actual foods.

The ONLY one I'm aware of is the line of Ferrara Pan candies (i.e.: LemonHeads, Boston Baked Beans, JawBreakers), some of which actually DO have the symbol, but most of which don't. But the company has a letter of certification listing which candies are ok. (I can forward it to anyone upon request!)

Anyone know of any other similar situations where things are kosher without a symbol???
