Let me preface my specific comments by making a couple of general ones. I LOVE eating all sorts of weird sh*t. Organ meats, coagulated blood, embryonic duck eggs, brains, tripe - whatever. In addition, I have gone out of my way to eat all sorts of ethic foods
Having said that, I have only eaten Korean Food a couple of times. Just the other day, I went to the Korea House for the first time. I really didn't know what to get, so I got the Silky Tofu with Seafood. It was interesting, but I can't say it was fantastic. But it was definitely good enough to want go back.
Can anybody tell me what Korean Soup to get? I eat a lot of Vietnamese Soups (pho, seafood soups and bun bo hue) and a lot of Chinese Soups (First Chinese BBQ and King Noodle), but I have no idea where to start with Korean Soups. I do like spicy.
