hi - i cook a lot of korean food, but i have never
really made this dish at home. if you have had naeng myun (korean cold noodles) u may know there is a cold broth version and then a spicy no broth version.
the spicy one is the one i'm interested in replicating. i've eaten enough of it to know that it has
gochujang (korean hot pepper paste)
but i feel like there must be more there....
hope it's not too obscure of a posting. if anyone has a recipe or has an idea of other ingredients i would appreciate it.
