Hi, as a recent LA transplant, I have been craving some tasty Korean BBQ, but haven't found any place to satisfy my cravings. In particular, I'm hoping to find place(s) that do this bulgoki dish where instead of grilling it on a normal grill, it is cooked on a pan atop a tabletop butane stove. Thrown on top of the meat are assorted veggies including enoki mushrooms (mmmmm) and everything is cooked together allowing the ingredients to stew in the meat juices. Clearly I don't know what it's called.
Also, if anyone knows a place that serves those thin noodle skins in which one wraps brisket and pork bellies in, I would be eternally grateful!
