Kolache question

All of you bakers out there...why is my kolache dough oozing fat as the cookies bake? I have used this recipe many times without this ever happening before.

Is my dough too warm by the time the cookies are rolled out? Should I chill the formed and filled kolaches again before baking?

Has anyone else come across this issue?
