Don't know about spelling but I do remember having this curry at a south indian restaurant. I think it was made with a paste made from cashews...I THINK.
Anyway, what I remember was how spicey it was and still managed to rich and flavorful. The funny thing was they had to lower the heat cause even the Indian customers were complaining. This thing made shake your head, growl like a mad dog, and then smile. You know the drill...take piece of naan, scoop a piece of chicken or lamb, then top ith with a dime dollop of raita and SLAM IT!
