1. Is there any reason I can't use a Minosharp sharpener on a Shun chef's knife?
2. I'm thinking of getting a Sypderco Sharpmaker. Is there a problem using it (at the 15 degree setting) on Globals and Shuns? And if not, is there any reason to use the Minosharp rather than the Spyderco.
