I had purchased three Wusthoff Classic Icon knives for my son for Christmas- a 9" serrated bread, 3.5" Paring and 7" Santuko knife, hoping that would take care of all of his needs. I asked for feedback from him and he said he loved them, he just wished instead of the bread knife he had something to cut brisket & such. (I am sure one of those knives can cut brisket, but is awkward). The one he uses the most is the paring knife. If I want to get him a 4th Wusthoff Icon knife, which one would you guys recommend? Although I want it to be a good knife to cut brisket, I would like for it to be as multi purpose as possible, as my goal for him is to have the least amount of knives to do the job for everything.
