Is there any huge difference to the home cook/baker between the Professional, Epicurean, Custom, etc. lines of KitchenAid stand mixers? i.e. if I have less than the Professional, should I expect to be unable to perform certain tasks with certain ingredients, or be unable to use certain attachments?
The other KA threads are mostly about size and maintenance, though I'd appreciate any (albeit somewhat redundant) comments on the virtues of splurging on the 6qt compared to, say, the 5qt.
