We hit Kitchen Club Saturday night, and the place was packed, yet without the din of so many restaurants. Marja does a wonderful job of creating a fun, civilized and special atmosphere. We had the appetizer selection, a little bit of everything. The Times or Gael Greene is reporting that the Kitchen Club's signature dumplings may be marketed in the near future, and the assortment Saturday night showed why. We had the quail special and the seared tuna. Everything was delicious, and the service warm and personable.
We missed seeing the Cheeb there and sharing our table with her but had a great time nonetheless.
