I had never seen or tasted anything quite like this Taco.
It is kind of hard to explain and I only took one picture and a picture of the menu.
It is Mozzarella cheese that is places on La Plancha until it turns that almost burnt orange colour. To the point of almost being burnt. The seafood (or steak, etc) is then rolled into this cheese. So the outside is solid and the inside is a cheesy gooey amazing thing.
Also served with a red chili sauce that was not spicy and reminded me of an enchilada sauce.
Then that was places on the tortilla.
Called the Cheese Chicharron Taco on the Appetizers
