I bought this pan at an estate sale. At first I thought it was a crepe pan, then I thought it was an omelette pan. Now I am not sure which it is (or perhaps it is something else entirely). I think it is cast aluminum (it has the right look and heft for its size to my eye, and a magnet does not stick to it). It is only an inch tall (seems shallow for omelettes but deep for crepes), and the sides are slightly angled, but they are not rounded where they meet the bottom.
