Looking for a one-of-a-kind dining experience in SF

Hi, I'm looking for a very unique dining experience/destination in San Francisco. I have a party of six and we all want to do a special dinner for about $750. We're looking for something that would be unusual, memorable, singular.

Places we have already tried and loved:

-Jai Yun
-the "chef's table" in the back of One Market
-the chef's table at Quince
-Boulette's Larder

We don't want to just go to the haute places (Masa's/Gary Danko/Michael Mina/La Folie/etc.). It needs to be more unique than that.

I was thinking about:
-the chef's table at Myth (a good friend works there and would look out for us)
-a kaiseki dinner at Kappa, or Kyo-Ya
-dinner at KISS

Any other suggestions/ideas/recos, or comments on the above?

Thanks so much!
