I have house guests this weekend, and they have two pre-teen kids. I have no idea where to take them.
We would like to go for burgers at Greesewood flats in Scottsdale. I have never been there. Is it appropriate for children (I know it is a biker bar)?
Otherwise, we will probably hit Old Town Scottsdale. We could certainly take them to Cowboy Caio (it isn't a quiet place, so the kids could get as rowdy as they want), but I am not sure that my guests will appreciate the sophisticated tastes (or the expensive meals).
Are there any resort restaurants that have a good kid friendly vibe? We generally have a nice time checking out the nice hotels, and usually kids are welcome at those places (since there are a lot of people staying there with kids).
I am stumped. This isn't my regular crowd, so I don't know a lot about restaurants that cater to families or teenagers.
Can any of you family-type chowhounders come up with some good suggestions?
