key lime pie update

I turned my precious key limes into the Star's key lime pie this weekend. It was fabulous! Quite tart, with a nice bitter edge. Very simple to make, too. I was not happy with the crust, though. Next time, I'll use the chocolate sweet cookie crust recipe from the Pie and Pastry Bible.
