Does anyone know where I can get the non-fibrous,
"Kent" mangos that are not in season.
I didn't even realize I liked mangos from the bland,
fibrous varieties around here i have had -- and then I visited my parents in the Washington/Oregon area
and they had the sweetest, ripest mangos that my
mom served with coconut sticky rice. Mmmmm.
They were sort of squat, but not too small.
Not the tiny "champagne" ones i saw in chinatown...
