I'm trying to decide between two cookbooks:
(a) Thomas Keller's "Bouchon"; OR
(b) Anthony Bourdain's "Brasserie Les Halles"
Anyone have both and a preference? Why? FYI, I find Tony's 'tude funny, but not a reason to buy a book.
